Le Maggioline is a self catering property, accommodating up to 12 pax, nestled in the heart of Tuscany, The location is ideal for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca, Montecatini, Vinci, Cinque Terre
Fully renovated in June 2016 – the country house is on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees and nature with amazing view, just minutes away from the Grotta Giusti Spa resort and only 3 km from the city centre.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy dining area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen island, and a bright living room with a large window framing the breathtaking valley views.
Upstairs, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, parquet floors, and stylish furnishings, all offering stunning panoramic views.
Outside, a spacious terrace with veranda and barbecue invites you to unwind in the fresh air or enjoy outdoor meals
The saltwater pool, completely renovated in 2023 and surrounded by olive trees, is a true gem. It’s perfect for both adults and children, offering a refreshing escape during hot summer days - Open from April to October
The owner live on-site in an independent detached building with 2 sweet and friendly dogs
Free WI-FI and a brand new heating and air conditioning system throughout the house. Free Parking
Rates include bed-linen and towels
City tax to be paid cash upon arrival, 1,5 € per person per day

1)Junior Suite: this en-suite family room with a double bed and a seating area containing 2 single sofa beds offers breathtaking panoramic views from the 5 windows overlooking the medieval village of Montevettolini and the entire valley.
2) Loft Bedroom: a bright, stylish family room with a double bed downstairs and two single beds in the loft upstairs that are ideal for kids. Two en-suite bathrooms (only 1 shower).
3) Twin Room with en-suite bathroom
4) Double Room (convertible into twin) with en-suite bathroom

Olga la propriétaire est très accueillante et super disponible, jolie maison avec grande piscine (un peu cassée mais doit être refaite),parfaite pour 9 personnes dont 4 enfants.

Pobyt oceniamy na 10 w 5 stopniowej skali! Najlepszy przedłużony babski weekend ever! Dom cudownie położny, wspaniale wyposażony- jest chyba wszystko, w cudownym toskańskim klimacie. Olga jest wpaniałą, ciepłą i bardzo pomocna gospodynią! Na pewno wrócimy!

Gorgeous place!
A balance of authentic charm and comfort with modern updates.
The location is ideal for day trips: Florence, Pisa, Pistoia, Lucca, Cinque Terre etc.
Everyone had their own space but there was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for everyone to be together as well. Dining outdoors overlooking the town and enjoying majestic sunsets was our favorite part of every day.
The children loved the very friendly and beautiful doggies, Thor and Chuck.
The dogs actually live in a separate building on the property and always keep a respectful distance unless called, in which they will gladly accept belly” rubs.
We couldn't have asked for more!
We had a truly magical week and would highly recommend this!
