Frattina Deluxe è un moderno appartamento posto al 2° piano, con ascensore, in un bel Palazzo del 600, situato nella prestigiosa Via Frattina a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna.
L’appartamento, completamente ristrutturato nel 2007 e finemente arredato è composto da:
un ingresso con soffitti a cassettoni originale del '600; una sala da pranzo con un divano letto matrimoniale, dal quale si può vedere comodamente la TV al Plasma, 32 pollici con DVD. Dalla sala da pranzo si accede ad un’ampia cucina, con balcone, completamente attrezzata fornita di cucina a gas, barbecue, forno elettrico ed a microonde, lavatrice e frigorifero; poi si accede alle camere da letto dove abbiamo un’ampia matrimoniale e una doppia, entrambe le camere si affacciano su Via Frattina; un bagno completo di ampio box doccia; un secondo bagno; una cameretta ed un balcone.
L’appartamento è inoltre dotato di: internet ad alta velocità, sia tramite cavo che wi-fi, aria condizionata in tutte le camere, riscaldamento autonomo e doppi vetri in tutte le finestre.

Apartment located in the historic center of the Rome. It was very clean and well organized. During stay I had couple questions and I received immediate response from the owner.
Building secure, working lift and walking distance to major monuments. We really enjoyed our stay.

This VRBO was wonderful. The location was Perfect, we could walk to all sites. Restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. As a family of 6 (2grandparents, 2parents and 2 teenagers) the apartment was fantastic. Alessandro was very helpful and even arranged airport transportation for us. Great stay. Highly recommend.

Value for money apartment
2nd time at this apartment and Alessandro was very easy to deal with again. Met us on check in and at check out. Apartment is in heart of Rome in a busy area. Very close to supermarket, Via Del Corso and all main tourist sites. Being self contained it does need to have at least a tea towel or paper towels to wipe down with. Coffee, tea, sugar, washing powder all provided. Good size for a family of 4 adults with plenty of room.

Great location, easy access
We had an amazing time in Rome, made so much easier with the host organizing everything from our transfers to and from the apartment to a high chair, cot and pram for our baby. Lift access was handy and the location is amazing. Getting serenaded day and night from the opera singers and violinists down on the streets makes it even more special. Your really staying in the heart of Rome.

Clean and functional, great location.
Great central location worked well for a three day family stay in Rome. Owner was pleasant and easy to communicate with. One thing to note is the third bedroom has no window or ventilation. So it’s really not a proper bedroom, particularly in hot weather.

Perfect location for us!
My husband and I and our three children (young adults) were looking for a location near the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain and some shopping...the lively street with cafes and boutiques was PERFECT!
The apartment decor was dated but clean. We used the stove and the iron and both worked fine.
We arrived pretty late and Alessandro arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport. We could have probably got one less expensive on our own but appreciated having someone at the airport when we landed around 10pm and very tired. The woman who met us at the apartment was lovely...she didn’t speak English and we don’t speak Italian but we used the google translator and it worked.
We would stay there again and would recommend to our friends. Thank you!

Great central location
The open windows with the violin playing and the Italian atmosphere was lovely. The only complaint is the “third room” is like a closet feel and the bed is a rough to sleep on. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

Location is a pro (you can walk to many key attractions and nearby cafes) but on busy street so lots of crowds, noise, street light. Sleeps 6 is a pro but sofa bed unhygenic and those who used it got bug bites overnight- no one else did. Apt has washer but hard to get clothes to dry on outside rack so end up wearing damp clothing. Totally functional apt. for 4 but interior walls, furniture, and linens need to be refreshed- better lighting would be helpful. Appreciated Owner arranging transportation and his quick response to emails. We were all Disappointed with this visit.

Roman Stay
This VRBO was clean and centrally located to upscale shopping. The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain are located near this property. We recommend this property; however, be advised that a tourist tax is accessed upon your arrival at the property. This took us by surprise, as this tax was not communicated up front or listed in the VRBO information.

The location of this property is unmatched because of its proximity to some of Rome's major attractions (the Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi to name a couple). Because of the fact that the street it's on is mainly a pedestrian street, there is also virtually no noise at night from vehicular traffic. As far as being modern as the description states, I would describe it as "clean enough but tired". The apartment could use a bit of refurbishing as it gives an impression of generally being furnished in a hodge-podge fashion. For those who do not mind "shabby chic" decor, this apartment will satisfy your needs.

It's all about location!
The property could not be better located for those wanting to see monuments and museums in the different areas of Rome. The four of us walked nearly everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed coming around corners to see yet a new amazing fountain or wonder of architecture. There is a small lift to the roomy third floor apartment, which came in handy for transporting luggage or a tired person at the end of the day. Alessandro is very amenable to helping set up airport transportation, which I would highly recommend for novices to the city. The apartment is set in an older building that has it's charm and it's located on a major high end shopping street. Almost anything you could want is near by. The apartment is well equipped, especially with two bathrooms, and the stove is great for cooking. The only complaint we had was about the hard beds and pillows, but that issue could be easily remedied with a portable inflatable mattress on top. I would definitely stay there again and thank Alessandro for having such a great property to share.

Good value apartment in wonderful neighborhood
We traveled to Roma for 9 days with our four children. Alessandro is very responsive and helpful! We really appreciated having two bathrooms (one shower). There is a bedroom with two twin beds, bedroom with a queen, tiny closet-like room with two fold up twins, a double air mattress and a pull out couch. So lots of sleeping options. There is no dryer so you need to air dry clothes. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, but didn't fully figure out the oven. There are so many take away food options close by too. The Coop grocery store is a 5 minute walk. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet at night. We let our kids go out for gelato without us. The driver Alessandro recommended worked out very well. Overall great experience!

Very convenient location to Metro; walking distance to other attractions. Property was very clean, and air-conditioning was a real plus!
We wished it had been a little less cluttered with other visitors' leftover food, magazines, shampoos, etc.
Alessandro was there promptly when we arrived and explained everything very well.

Nice Apartment in a Great Location
We enjoyed the apartment very much. A terrific location, walking distance to just about every where. There is A/C in living room and each of the 2 main bedrooms which is not usual, but very nice. Good communication from Alessandro.

First off, we had a wonderful time in Rome. What an amazing city!
The apartment is located in a quiet street, yet close to busy Spanish steps, and short distance to every touristic site seeing in Rome.
Pictures of the apartment were a little deceiving. The master bedroom didn't have the pretty flowery cover but instead an old grey cover. The family room could use fresh paint, and the kitchen was not so well maintained! The bathrooms were good, and beds were comfortable.
Alessandro was very accommodating, even though we had difficulty communicating in Italian.

Everything was perfect: the apartment is well furnished, comfortable, and with many information about the area.
It is the best location in Roma: close to shopping, tourist sites, metro....
