Big rooms, super super clean. New furniture. Reception very friendly and very helpfull. Housekeeping very good and friendly.

Maybe went there off season. Island very quiet at that time, and everything closed around. Could only find 3 restaurant to eat, at walking distance.

This is our second time here and we will come back soon. Great place close to the beach and reasonably quiet, no problen to have a good nigth sleep.

I have a hard time to find anything that we did not like.

Top location, 2 mins away from the beach, bars, restaurant and clubs. The staff was friendly and helpful with giving us tips where to travel, eat and what to look out for. We were 9 people and our rooms were next to each other, definitely a plus! Clean apartments and around it!

As a group you cannot be too loud at night time but understandable, the water from the shower kept overflowing to the bathroom was covered in water

Complete satisfaction. Very kind and helpful staff. The possibility of storing luggage + the possibility of using the shower in the back of the reception on the day of departure.

Would be nice to add chopping board to kitchen equipments.

The staff were super friendly especially Paco. The apartment was spacious with all the facilities we needed and our balcony faced the sea ( try to get a room ending in 06). It was quiet at night and close to a supermarket and the beach. We would definetly book again.

Minor things- the towel rail fell down and wasn't fixed and 1 bedside light had no bulbs but these are minor quibbles.

Location close to the beach and airport. Big and modern apartment. Good airco. (But don't put the aircon on 17 degrees celcius with outdoor temperatures of plus 37!!! Think of the environment!!!

There was a loud sound of a water pipe every 10 - 30 minutes during day and night in apartment A on the ground floor. So we didn't sleep well. We got no response on how this is going to solved or compensated. (Bookings compensated 25 euro on a 313 euro room) Communication before arrival was bad. I mentioned a preferred check in between 12-13. There was other communication, but not about the check in time. So I expected to be able to check in at 12:30... but the room was not ready. Hotel is used by mainly younger guests who want to party and drink all night. We had no inconvenience by that. Shower cabin leaked a lot.

the fact the wall are very thin and you can here everything and everyone; Lots of partying people around and in the area , also thru the night. and the bathroom needs some refreshment.

Great size apartment. Good location, nice pool and well equipped kitchen. Friendly receptionists. Nice big trees in the garden full of birds! Great water pressure for the shower.

Very small towels. Uncomfy sofa - could do with some cushions at least.

Awesome view of the sea from the balcony. The guys that run the apartments are very nice and really helpful if you need anything, great hot powerful shower and good Wi-Fi in the room.

A really nice place in S'Arenal. The rooms are spacious with a nice kitchen are. The location is excellent for walk on the very nice walkway all the way in to Palma and there is a nice gym located only 15 minutes away, the Iron Gym. The personnel are very kind and helpful. This is no luxury, but a very clean and nice place for short or long stay.

There was a disturbing noise from the heating fan and some other fan but after a couple of days we did not notice it. Guess we got used to it. We lived on the top floor which where the ventilation fan probably is loader.
