Friendly and very helpful staff, great breakfast.

Nothing
The owner is a rude person. Kept me waiting in the front desk for 15 minutes. I asked him if it's possible to make a breakfast box instead of eating in the dining room. He approved. Then he approached me and in front of all the guests told me in a aggressive manner that I am allowed to take out sandwiches. Plus,one day the room hasn't been made with the excuse that I left the keys in the door lock with the door open.

Hotel has one of the best location in Menuires
The room assigned was noisy/very noisy until 1 AM almost everyday (not sure if all but some of the rooms are located above the restaurant from the ground floor, make note that the hotel has one single floor for bedrooms). Even if i was watching movies until that hour it was still unpleasant, i'm pretty sure that there are tons of noise-cancelation solutions out there for fixing this

Basic, but clean and cozy room. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very good location.
Tasty breakfast.
The building itself was quite old.
