Location, friendly staff, near the train station, clean rooms.
The rooms are very small and we struggled however we were told they were prior and chose not to upgrade.

Nice room
Good breakfast
Enjoyed a late nightcap in their very small bar with some fellow guests
Our room was on a down stair level and had some difficulty getting our cases up and down the stairs (the fact that we were visiting from Australia and had luggage for our 4-week trip probably made this more of a challenge than it would be for other guests)

A lovely spacious room
The bed was large and very comfortable
The bathroom had a large power shower and a bath/ the towels were large and very soft
Cooked Breakfast was excellent
Perhaps better double glazing as we could hear some traffic noise as it was close to the road
6 / 10Nella media·ago 2026
Clean rooms, fluffy towels.
Pre scheduled breakfast order & time isn’t relaxing for a family weekend away with kids. Delayed train meant arriving 7 mins past 11pm which was met with a huge sigh when I called in advance to explain.
