Adana Plaza Hotel

The location of the hotel was convenient, and the reception staff were polite when I arrived. The hotel itself was generally comfortable, but unfortunately the parking experience seriously affected my overall stay.

The parking experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, the hotel entrance was blocked by cars and there was no valet or staff member outside to help. I had to leave my car away from the entrance, go inside, and give the key to reception after clearly asking them to park it properly. The next day, I found out that I had received a traffic ticket because the car had simply been left on the main street. The hotel staff did not move it to a proper parking place as requested. This was frustrating and showed a lack of responsibility.
