To find a hotel divertido after long time in airport is a gift

The staff was super friendly and helpful & welcoming! The hotel is located in a safe area L& accessible to every part of Accra.

when you buy food through Room service, they call you every hour to settle the bill. whereas they should know your check out date and keep track of every bill.

The environment is serene

They don't have a fitness centre within the premises. It's outside and that's a great inconvenience. U couldn't have my routine physical exercises

The location and food

Facilities are old and require an upgrade. Wasnt worth the price

Room spacious & clean.

One nights accommodation required, lovely photographs of an outside restaurant, bar area etc & a deal not to be beaten for this stay. What could ever go wrong. To be blunt, the outside restaurant, bar, seating area has all been demolished with a new part of the hotel currently under construction. Alternatively, you can eat at the tired restaurant on the first floor or sit outside at the sole table also used as a smoking area with a drink & snack purchased from an overpriced fridge at reception. We all understand that upgrades need to be made & this means restricted facilities for a while until construction has finished. But please for now, share news of this & remove photographs of the old facilities to allow customers to choose for themselves whether to stay or not. I will be certainly avoiding this one from now onwards.

Staff was friendly. Room was big, although not super modern. Everything worked.

Was a bit late to pick me up with the shuttle, so got a Taxi instead after waiting sometime. Bed was a bit hard, but seems is normal in Ghana.
