Java Palace Hotel

Very comfortable beds and a good size room; good size shower; excellent and copious buffet breakfast.

Dinner in the restaurant wasn't great. Caesar salad, billed as including smoked salmon, croutons and parmesan cheese, contained none of the above, and consisted solely of sliced of chicken, lettuce, a few small tomatoes and a small pool of mayonnaise on the side. When I protested, the waiter said it was these ingredients weren't available + in which event they should have told me when I placed the order. After I made a fuss. They brought some complimentary fruit, and eventually decided not to charge for the dish. But it was completely unprofessional, especially for a place of this standing and at these (for Indonesia) high prices. 21 per cent surcharge on restaurant meals is pretty steep too!

Big and clean room, comfy bed,

Very noisy because of Main road directly up Front the Hotel. Breakfast just average.

Excellent.like the staff very polite And the location ok The room very big

Room clean and big, there is a korean restaurant nearby, food are delicious and affordable. location is perfect

electricity is unstable, during my 2 days stay, there are more than 10 times power failure, i am not sure it's the whole district or just this hotel
