The location is perfect, views are perfect. Little garden perfect. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Helpful and friendly staff.
It is very rustic and old fashioned, which is part of the local charm but some things could do with replacement eg, the chairs on the terrace, bigger shower cubicles to make it a bit more modern.

Spectacular location high above fishing boat and visitor boat anchorages. Lots of cafes and restaurants along water and en route to it. Not too far from ferry docks, though hilly. Great breakfast served at your table.
A bit of a slog up from the fishing pier and a 20 Euro taxi mafia ride from the ferry pier. It's not prractrical to walk with luggage from the ferry though I did walk back, almost all down hill. Would recommend it and go again.
