We loved everything about B&B Jacob20. The location is fabulous… easy to find and super close to the Market Square and Menin Gate. The apartment itself was well appointed and meticulously clean. It also quite possibly had the most comfortable bed and the best shower of our whole 7 week trip! The expansive and tasty breakfast was great each morning too. Anne and Hugo are delightful…warm and welcoming, generous and thoughtful…truly fabulous hosts.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful.
Location just off main square was perfect.
Room was large and comfortable and breakfast plentiful. Would recommend to anyone travelling to visit Ypres and would definitely use it again if in area.

This was the best B & B we have stayed in-Anne and Hugo were so thoughtful and kind. They could not have been more welcoming. Great location, easy parking. Anne and Hugo had thought of so many small touches that made our stay truly special. The room was beautiful, super comfortable bed, great shower.
The breakfast was amazing, we could not have asked for better . They had thought of everything, including the fact that Hugo made all the crockery. This B & B is truly exceptional.
