The price is what other standard hotels at the axis charge, but the service was such that there's no air conditioner because there's no light.
No air conditioning because there's no light in the afternoon, but it was as costly as other standard hotels at the axis.

Breakfast was really nice, especially the American breakfast and the rooms very clean
Nothing really just the bed was soft. Thats personal though.

I eventually stayed at Adis Prime and I loved the experience. The room was very nice and spacious with good facilities in the room. Also, the food was so delicious and well prepared, however, you MUST place your order well in advance as it takes them time to deliver. The owner literally warned us saying “Don’t get hungry before you order your food”. Three major things I loved about this hotel is that the Owner is a very kind man, the staff are very respectful, and they give you all the information you need to help you make informed decisions about your stay. I wish the internet was faster though, but yeah, it happens.
I didn’t like the confusion caused by the (I think) old Adis and the (newer) Adis Prime. I took a taxi to Adis Prime and was redirected, so I had to walk over and then back again because it was not a nice place and they turn off the light for several hours daily. But the Owner/Manager was very nice to get us an upgraded room at the Adis Prime. This, sort of, compensated for the stress.

Decent facilities. Wifi worked well. Bathroom was neat. Definitely good value for money. No major complaints.
The laundry service was limited(in terms of timing/availability). You have to give your clothes early in the morning in order to get it back that same day. Customers who check-in in the afternoon cannot get laundry back the same day.

Very neat and tidy, good domestic ambience. Good access to anywhere. Lots of drivers know the place. Easy to navigate Ibadan city too. Their staff are good too.. attentive.
While they're very clean, I wasn't impressed with their sheets. Stains on the under lays and duvets. Later discovered the sheets are fresh but the stains are stubborn ones and seem to be on every old sheets.

The main gate to the hotel closes at 6pm. Had to treck a longer journey to the hotel. I checked out the very next morning. Still following up for a refund

Hotel was a residential house converted to hotel in a small environment. Bed is suitable for one person for a standard room.

I like the deliberate attention to details. We took a basic/standard room and it felt really comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Not so far from the train station, It's got the University of Ibadan close by, fast food/restaurants like Kilimanjaro and Chicken Republic close by, it's also got a good supermarket and pharmacies, all (pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets) within a 1km radius. Asides all these, the food and employees at Adis hotel were amazing.
Hmmm... I am a bit finicky, so do accept my views as possibly "extreme". I think there needs to be (a very) few touch up here and there. Old water leakage marks noticed on some part of our room. The window blinds and the wall fan also need to be cleaned... But again, this is just my finicky mind snooping around. I also noticed the very few satellite TV channel options. I think this is something that should be checked. Maybe if the rates were a bit lower, I wouldn't mind these seeming errors.

The complimentary breakfast was only for one person which was odd and the room I booked was for 2 people so I had to pay for breakfast for my partner
