The staff is truly excellent and wants you to feel as comfortable as possible.
Well, make sure you get a room on the third floor because on the second floor you have the impression of living in a garage. If you want to open the windows every other guest and staff member can easily see you and your belongings. The Wi-Fi is mediocre to say the least. Breakfast is okay but there isn’t a buffet because you are served at the table and don’t have any other choice but to say yes or no to what is offered.

A good place to stay with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
We didn't mind walking to the center past nice parks and restaurants.
They also do roomservice, we ordered the burgers and they were really good.

The hot water was hot and plentiful, lots of pressure.
The locale is subject to night noise from dogs and parties.

The girls at the reception were very nice and helpful and the so was the guy cleaning our room every day. The shower was great, wifi was working fine. There were no windows but a fan kept the room cool. It was about 30 min walk to city centre or you could just take a taxi for couple soles. Or you could just stay in the neighbourhood which was safe with restaurants supermarket and a nice square. And the breakfast was room service only so when you woke up you called the reception and in 10 min they brought a tray up to your room.
Nothing the hotel could do about but there was a rooster that would start at 4am and would be making his rooster sounds until 9. :)
