The apartment, which offers a wonderful sea view, is situated on high ground not far from the Old Town (a 10-minute walk).
It is about a 20-minute walk to a good sandy beach.
The hostess was very welcoming; she arranged a taxi for us from the bus station, handled our tourist registration, recommended great places to eat, and was always available if we needed anything.
There is absolutely no soundproofing in the apartment; sounds from the common hallway and the neighbors' balconies are particularly audible.
It is very damp due to the lack of proper ventilation and a shower door.
There is only one knife in the kitchen, and it is very flimsy.

The apartment is in a great location, offering stunning views of the city and sea. The owner is very kind and responsive. Many amenities are within walking distance, including shops, the old town, and the marinas. Everything you need for cooking, cleaning, and bathing is in place. It's a beautiful place for relaxing evenings watching TV or enjoying the views from the balcony.
The only minor issue was that after showering, water would leak from under the stall. It wasn't a huge deal as there was a mop and a floor drain nearby, but it was a bit inconvenient.

Very close to the city center. We really liked the balcony even though the view is partially blocked by a big unfinnished building.
The parking situation was really bad! There were no free spots in front of the building so we had to park in one of the commercially run spots in the city. Overall we therefore had to pay 30 euros extra!
I don't blame the owner for the bad parking situation but I really don't think they should claim that parking is included because it is simply not! From my point of view you haVe to be really lucky or spend hours looking for a spot which I personally don't want to do during my holidays..

"Location was great, room was clean and well-thought. Host was helpful. Scenery was great but there was a stupid half-built building in the middle but it wasn't that annoying. It's 5 mins to old town b..."
