Excellent location. The check-in was easy for me. I am a seventy year old Chinese woman, solo traveler.
I have known in advance that there won't be any staff. It was ok to me.

Location was very good. There were no staff because it was self-check in. I kinda liked that but it would have been faster with a staff person, probably. I just needed a place to stay overnight because I had a dental appointment the next morning (and I live three hours away).
This has nothing to do with the facility inside but the street smells like pee in the summer! Overall, the inside of the facility is great and there is nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, super-simple check-in.
Description says laundry services available. This is NOT the case for short term guests

our code to the room worked, but the room was occupied. The explanation was confusing. We were moved to a different room with a tiny bed.

"Location. Very quiet. Clean. Check in process with information was great and more places could use that process. Good and timely responses."
