The property was amazing, and the host was incredibly helpful. He even helped me call about my passport, which I really appreciated.

Nothing — we had a wonderful stay.

Favorite place we stayed while in Italy for 2 weeks! The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The host was excellent and gave on point recommendations for food nearby. This apartment was about 5 minutes walk from train station and close to all major tourist destinations. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was in a good and quiet location close to most of the touristic attractions.. It had great air conditioning (we stayed when it was hot!), plenty of space to feel comfortable for a longer stay, and had many good shops and places to eat close by. The host was very friendly and responsive. He would go out of his way to help with making reservations for tours.

The shower didn't maintain a steady water temperature. It would go from very warm to lukewarm without touching anything. It did this every time I showered.

Everything was incredible! Pierpaolo is an amazing host, always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as he carried our suitcases up and down the stairs, and giving us a map with hints on where to eat! The location is perfect-close to the train station and walking distance to most of the sites (Duomo and more! We walked everywhere) The spacious apartment is beautiful with air conditioning that works great, a kitchen that has everything including a nespresso maker, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, table, and so much more, a modern bathroom with slippers, and amenities, a living room with a tv, fireplace and sofa, and a bedroom with a large incredibly comfortable bed! As my daughter would say, “no notes”! If I could rate the stay greater than 10, I would! Perfecto!

Nothing!
