Conveniently located just off the highway.

Easy to find. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. Good fitness room. Good firm bed. Comfortable seating area in our room, 301. Quieter than other locations in Fredericton :)
Bathroom wasn’t cleaned prior to check in.
Bathroom needed minor repairs.

The breakfast was amazing, choose anything off the menu. The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were nice and thick (especially compared to the motel we had just stayed in). Wish we could have stayed longer.

The bed was large.
Breakfast was too expensive and should have been included with the room. We left and ate elsewhere.
The bedding was stained and smelled of men’s cologne.
