No breakfast included. The room was sparse but relatively comfortable. It was conveniently located for my trip.

No towels were supplied. Although they advertised that they had TV, there was no live TV available on the set. Also the TV had no sound. Netflix did work, but without the sound. There was only one electrical outlet available (2 plugs) which were occupied by the TV cord and lamp cord. They had provided a power bar so you could plug in your devices, but it was not working.

The place was disgusting, very unclean and I was locked out of the actual housing unit to do with the fact that they had a screen door lock. The sheets were dirty the walls were dirty the bathrooms were dirty, lots of hair entered all over the shower walls. The room smells like baby diapers. The kitchen had no utensils, there were no toiletries as promised. I was given one towel, the heat could not be controlled and it was locked in a lockbox at 67° in the middle of fall. The location was sketchy, the other guests were up at all hours of the night. I even had to leave a day early due to the fact that the experience was so awful. I would not recommend staying here whatsoever. Springs were coming out of the mattress and it was only given a mattress sheet and disgusting comforter. Even after taking a shower I felt even dirtier. Booking.com tried to reach out to the owners to correct the situation and possibly get some type of a refund, but they never responded nor even responded to me. No communication was made on their end. Very unprofessional. I've never left a bad review like this, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels as I travel a lot for work and for leisure. This was by far the worst.

I never met the host which was a bit strange.

The communication was very good and when I couldn't enter the room, I got a reply very quickly.

The house was loud, there was no air-conditioning, and the facilities were to be shared with the other guests.

Check in was a problem-45 min to get into property, misled about shared bathroom, only 1 towel for 2 guests,no facecloth, not particularly clean, no top sheet on the bed
