Room was quite and nice. The owner is a lovely person and very friendly

Alice was an excellent host. Colour coded rooms that were clean and welcoming, with the use of a communal fridge. Well located for the nearest beach and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Marzememi. Easy to reach the Natural Reserve Vendicari by car and on street parking in front of the structure. Great breakfast in the garden and use of the hot tub.

Very clean and spacious B&B which offers satisfactory privacy with other guests. Host was friendly and professional. Nice breakfast. Good decor.

The mattress could be a bit firmer.

Alice was not friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just sweet food, parking on the street not great in a narrow street. In general not a nice atmosphere

The place was very cosy with a green garden where you can relax. Even tho it was very close to the beach, we enjoyed better the jacuzzi instead of the sea water which wasn't very clean. By the way, if you ask Alice, she will prepare for you a very tasty appetiser.

Highly recommend this B&B. Alice was a great host and she was very welcoming. The room was super clean and the perfect size. The breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations. There were so many options from cereal, to toast, croissants, her freshly made muffin, cookies, other pastries and coffee options. The B&B overall felt like home and was walking distance to the beach.
