First the location is good because it is only about 2 minutes walk to the Rosa Parks train station, 2 minutes to 2 supermarkets & only 5 minutes to the Crimee Metro station, providing easy access to central Paris. Parking was in a secure underground garage & the cost for this was reasonable. Our room had a good sized fridge, microwave, kettle, induction cook top, sink & dishwasher. The bed was large & comfortable. The shower worked well & had good pressure. The reception desk is manned 24hrs and the staff were helpful providing good information about catching public transport etc.

The aircon in the room did not work well enough, so we opened the windows to let cooler air in, but at night in order to sleep we had to close the windows so we wouldn't hear the trains.

Location

I had very good experiences in the past but this time it was disappointing. The staff was not helpful enough, it was almost like he (they) was trying to avoid communication. Whenever asked for help, the answer was that we need to figure out by ourselves. The kitchen chimney was broken and not fixed for a long time, filling the room with bad smell.

Location was good, only a couple of minutes from the metro station.

We got billed wrongly. I tried to resolve the issue multiple time, but the receptionist always just told me, that 'it was ok now', but never took any actions to really refund my money. We had to get up at 4:30 am, because he was not able to figure it out in the system (it was our last day) and everything he managed to do in the 1h we had before our train was leaving to write me an email confirming that I was billed wrongly and should be refunded the money. Almost a week later, I am still waiting for the money and the hotel is ignoring my messages. Stay away!

Annelize and Gregory were friendly and went out of their way to help me.. They were fantastic considering we don’t speak the same language.

Several times here and it always clean and comfortable studio for two of us. Soundproof window helps us to sleep well after tiring journey even it just beside train station (Rosa Parks).

Nightly rate but it’s Paris!! Sometimes rate hikes because of high demand in the city.

rough area. air-con was useless. my son was covered in bites after the first night. mosquitoes maybe. hope they weren’t bed bugs. our room didn’t have window restrictors. (room 704) very dangerous at that height. nice pile of vomit on the pavement on our second day. still there on when we left.

There was a dirty towel and a broken knife at our arrival. Also the fire alarm turned on because almeone smoked in his room, nothing the Residhome could do to avoid this.

The transport links for the hotel are excellent with a bus stop into the city centre just across the road or the RER station also into the city centre around the corner. So it was very easy getting round on local transport.

If you stay for less than 5 nights, your room will not cleaned and even when they do clean it is only once a week. If you would like your room cleaned everyday it is €9 a night.

The location was ideal for public transport as it's a very short walk to the nearest RER station. The room was a good size, everything clean and new, nice and cool even in July. The staff were so helpful, it was a really pleasant stay and I would return.

Decent hotel but surrounding area not too good - make sure if you are driving you get a space in their very good garage

Locality

The room was comfortable with a well-designed and well-appointed kitchenette. The hotel is located in an interesting area in the north-east of Paris. Rosa Parks RER station is about 60 metres away. From there it is only two train stops to Central Paris (Gare St.Lazare). Behind the station is the No.3 tram that goes around the periphery of Paris, in particular to the fabulous Parc de La Villette. Buses run to all parts of Paris from the front of the hotel. On Fridays there is a lively fresh food street market opposite the hotel.

There was no information about the hotel's policy that rooms are only cleaned after every 5th night's stay (you can pay for more regular cleaning) and that guests are responsible for disposing of their rubbish between cleans. In the rubbish room there is no clear signage to assist guests to separate general trash from recyclables. Our room was not cleaned on day 6. This omission was rectified the following day.
