Appartamento molto bello e confortevole.

quiet area, neat apartments, water canal view through the window

Communication with the owner is not very good. One day ago before ariving to apartament I wrote to the owner at an hour we would be at the apartment to let us in, but it turned out that no one had read and confirmed it. Be sure to read the instructions provided on how to get to the apartment. the instruction is only in Italian so you will need to translate into English. I had to wait outside with the kids for two hours in the rain, trying to explain to the landlord when I would be allowed into the apartment, but I didn’t get a specific answer, I was given contacts by another person who didn’t pick up the phone. we had a couple of hours of stress waiting and not knowing what time and whether we would be let into the dark at all. Very uncomfortable beds.
