Struttura datata, servizi igienici da rifare, da ristrutturare, camere con drappeggi old style

We had stayed here before, so we knew the location was very good. The breakfast was fine. The staff were very helpful, as we had remembered from before.

The restaurant doesn't exist any more! Breakfast is served, but nothing else. The hotel's website features dinner at the restaurant, but we discovered that that it had been closed since the Covid pandemic. That's over 5 years ago; why has the website not been updated? We'd had very good dinners here previously, and had been expecting to do so again. Also, the rooftop bar was closed during our stay (for renovation? or maybe for longer?). We had greatly enjoyed this on our previous trip (great views!), and it's still shown on the website, so that was a double disappointment. I think it is very poor practice to have a website that is so outdated, and wrong. I've not come across such a misleading website for any other hotel. Such a pity, because this is a lovely hotel, but our stay was spoilt by these two issues.
