Sì, questa casa si trova su 4. 5 acri proprio su Homer Pond! A pochi passi dal Camden Snow Bowl e 3 o 4 miglia dalla città! La vista è incredibile. Sedersi sul patio e guardare il laghetto e le montagne. Tranquillo e bellissimo.
House è moderna ed è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2014. Decorazioni contemporanee 3600 piedi quadrati, 4 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni. Due zone giorno separate. Ideale per 2 quote familiari in famiglia con bambini. La caverna dell'uomo è dotata di 2 schermi piatti da 65 pollici in modo da poter guardare due partite contemporaneamente. Incredibile camino è tutto ciò che rimane del cottage di 100 anni originale.
La prima volta che viene affittato come stagionale.

We loved our week at this beautiful property. The house provided everything we needed and Hosmer Pond provided the rest. A loon family right off the deck; the parents teaching their baby to dive and fish, a stunning meteor shower, fabulous kayaking and the perfect spot to gather around the fire pit. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The house is lovely, spacious and well equipped. And has beautiful views of the pond and mountains. It's a great place for a family group or several couples. Saw a loon family frequently.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The house was spacious and very well appointed. The view of the mountains and the surrounding area was great. We enjoyed the pond for both swimming and kayaking. We were close to the restaurants and shops in both Camden and Rockland. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here again.

The house itself was spacious and clean. We were surprised to note that there is an additional rental cottage with which we shared the yard. The yard was not usable, in any event, because of the geese excrement all over. The kayaks, canoe and inflatables were welcome because there is no beach for swimming.
