Great room, great facilities, very clean (cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in) well styled hostel & great staff.
Trivia night was a lot of fun and they go to a lot of effort planning events so people can meet in a social environment.
Amazing location easy walk into Interlaken and very easy to take public transport to surrounding towns.
The bed was very firm which some people prefer so that's ok. The noise of other guests being loud and slamming doors which is outside of Balmers control. We used war plugs to have a much better sleep. Fine If you're a heavy sleeper.

Great property in a beautiful location!
I stayed in a 10 bed room and was up in a loft, I was quite warm and an individual fan for those warmer areas would be nice.
