Even though it’s on the last bus stop of route 121 it was not a hassle at all to get to and from the Grindewald centre and terminal. In fact we loved that we were in a quieter location than the hustle and bustle of town, and the views from the hotel were beautiful to sit and have a quiet drink in the outdoor area after a day of exploring. Beds were comfy and bathrooms had plenty of room which was a nice change from other hotel rooms. The restaurant had very good food and having breakfast included was very convenient.

A remote location, perfect for getting away from the crowds. Yet, literally on a bus stop.
Private parking, including electronic outlet.
Amazing view.
Most staff were nice but there was one (older) lady who was very rude during breakfasts.
Also, breakfast is very limited in variety. The smallest out of all hotels visited in Switzerland. Although it’s between 7-10, when arrived at 8:30 most of the food was gone (including eggs and soft drinks). No refills were offered. Had to go into town to eat.

Nice hotel.Actually it was a old house then they turned this hotel.Good and delicious breakfast.Friendly staff.
This Hotel is located at the top of the mountain , bus 121 is going there works, 7:00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. So , if you have train before or after this time , you should catch a taxi which costs 35-60€ depending on what's you are gonna order.
