Room was spacious and pleasant. Kitchenette was adequate, stunning views, the part-time staff was excellent, friendly and helpful

Internet was not connected initially, and took two days to get connected in our 5 day stay. Hot water service was only on turned for a few hours each day, based on when the owner assumed our shower time was. This was corrected on day two and then reversed on Day 4. It was the beginning of the season and the swimming pool was not cleaned and useable.

The hotel needs renovation (especially esomeroons). There should always be somebody on the premises. Cleaning could be improved.

The hotel has a very large swimmingpool with superclear water. Our room was very spacious. The view is terrific. Probably the best view of all hotels in Pythagorio. The breakfast was tasty and more than enough. But the real treasure is the people. The owner is very nice, talkative and helpful. And Elena who served breakfast and cleaned our room every day made us start every day with a big smile. A very warm, friendly and caring lady. Hugs!!!

The maintenance of the hotel could be better. For us it was no problem that the hotel is not in top condition but people who demand high standards could see that as an issue. The distance to Pythagorio was further than expected. To far for a comfortable walk. But with the car you can be in Pythagorio in 5 minutes. So no issue for us.

Breakfast we did on the terrace. There could be enjoyed a spectacular view. The breakfast was varied. we ate bread, eggs, greek yogurt with honey, juice, tootic, jam, cheese, jam, omelette.

Very helpful owner, he was trying to help you in everything you needed. For example, the owner place an extra air conditioning in the room of the mode for a cold temperature on the day. Super! The pool bar was out of use And you have to rent a car if you want to stay here.

Spacious, clean and fully equipped, large balcony with chairs, table, umbrella and a spectacular view of Pythagorion Marina and the Aegean, large and clean pool, very friendly and hospitable hosts, superb value for money.

It was really a start of the season and in the covid times, so it was hard for the owner but I can surely tell that: hotel has a magnificent view, rooms are big and comfy, pool is huge. We didnt have the breakfast at the hotel because we were the only ones staying there, but the Owner made us breakfast at his hotel and restaurant by the sea. It was very good. The beach by this restaurant is also beautfiful and rocky, which suited us well. It is a bit to the town but if you get a car or a scooter it sure be fine. It was really magic stay.
