It's right next to the Haguenau train station, so really easy to get to.
The room was smaller than what I had originally booked: only one bed instead of two. I travelled alone, so it was fine, but had asked a friend to join, who eventually declined. Would have been awkward then. They should notify me about such changes before I arrive. Especially since the reception desk closes at 7 p.m. already, so there was no one to talk to when I got there.

"Great hotel.
Staff were great in particular Barbara who helped us out of a real bind.
Hotel is very central to the old part of town.
There are some very nice restaurants with 10mins walk."
