Paleokastritsa Palace - Adults Only

Great Hotel, extremely welcoming, the lady at check in (can't remember her name, maybe Ellie) is so nice and can't do enough for you, we arrived late and weren't all inclusive but they let us have the buffet complimentary which was lovely. The hotel is nice, parts are dated but not bad in any way. The room was really nice, we had a seaview room and it was great, comfortable and quiet too. The pools are nice, quiet and relaxing. Location is ideal, directly beside the public transport and 10/15 minutes walk from the port itself. And Nereids restaurant beside it is great! Also have to mention the staff that service the room, delightful people always with a smile and a hello, I think Derek was the name of the man taking care of our area, absolute gent.

Not really much to complain about, the evening entertainment isn't what I like but that's just me and they could do with a bigger or second lift!

I would like to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude for a truly wonderful stay at Paleokastritsa Palace - Adults Only. First the reception team and the entire hotel staff were absolutely amazing! Start with the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming reception, followed by a thorough explanation of the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions. I was also graciously assisted with bringing my luggage up to my room.Later on, when I returned to the reception desk, the staff thoughtfully invited me to the dining hall for dinner since I had arrived relatively late in the evening. In an incredibly generous gesture, they offered me dinner on my final evening at the hotel as well. Noting that neither of these meals was included in my booking. I am incredibly grateful for this—it was deeply appreciated! Every single member of the staff was wonderfully welcoming, helpful, and always ready to provide excellent recommendations and directions for local activities and entertainment. Furthermore, the rooms were clean and exceptionally well-maintained. I would like to give a special mention to GOHNEL. He is a truly charming individual who deserves the highest recognition for his service. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience. I look forward to visiting you again!

The location is amazing, probably one of the best places to stay in Paleo. Also, very close to the 2 best beach clubs we found (walking distance). Staff were very friendly, especially at breakfast! thank you!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review which I never like doing but this stay left a lot to desire. 1) I stayed in a room right opposite the storage room so every day at 7:30am if not earlier all the staff would start coming through, chatting, moving carts and generally not even trying to be quiet given it’s early and many guests are sleeping. We complained about it but we didn’t get any offer to change room for instance. And we paid a very good amount for this room, it wasn’t the “cheap room” 2) I stayed for 4 nights and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned even once…the only thing they’d do was make the bed every day and change the trash bag. 3) It felt like the hotel staff didn’t have the right information to give us when it came to car rental and this trip to Paxos that they helped us sign up for. For instance, we asked if the car came with full insurance because that’s what we wanted and they said yes and then when the car arrived it turned out it wasn’t the case, just an example

Room and location really lovely. Spectacular view. Beautifully clean. Lounge and bar areas very comfortable.

Really wasn’t aware of the number of stairs in the property. Especially bad for elderly Lack of sunshades in the top swimming pool. And both pools very crowded. Only one lift they was extremely small and usually busy… could do with looking at improving access to rooms.
