L'espace hammam piscine, le bar, le petit déjeuner de qualité (même si manque de personnel), la propreté de l'hôtel.
Enorme déception sur la chambre. Non conforme aux photos et à la description donnée lors de la réservation. Petite, sans balcon, sombre car petites fenêtres en hauteur donnant sur des locaux techniques. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 4* et un tarif aussi élevé (près de 1000€ la nuit).
Personnel de l'accueil obséquieux et directrice de mauvaise foi (tout serait de la faute de Booking) pas un seul geste commercial (ni sur un apéritif offert ni sur la note de parking à 105€ pour 3 jours). Très mal dormi ces trois nuits autant par contrariété (cadeau de Noël raté pour ma famille et sentiment d'être pris pour un pigeon) que par la sensation d' étouffement provoqué par cette chambre quasi borgne.

Staff is very kind and we were very well treated. Bar and restaurant are a plus.
Location is the best.
General facilities are very good.
I booked a room for 3 people. One of us had to sleep in a sofa bed which quality was not high. And the main bed was on a second floor of where we could not stay stand. A kind of doll room. To accees the second floor we had to bend our body otherwise we would hit our head. Unbelievable. For 900 Euros/day this is beyond reasonable.

Underwhelmed by the standard of the room, small and cheaply decorated. The bathroom was plastic and broken shower. The worst thing was the constant loud music in every public room, even the extremely expensive restaurant, rap and inappropriate music for a supposedly luxury hotel. This hotel cannot decide if it’s a night club or a high end hotel
