old cabin with some mould. very small cabins.

We absolutely loved the location. The tiny house was in very good condition, clean and comfortable.

The shower screen doesn't contain all the water. At the end of a shower there is a big puddle of water outside the shower and even leaks out under the bathroom door towards the kitchenette.

The reverse cycle air conditioner could have been bigger. It could not heat enough to offset the cold nights.

The incredible views across the creek to the beach. Peaceful. The tiny house I stayed in was cozy and comfortable

Cabin had everything we needed, kids loved the table tennis and inlet was great to explore and swim. Great family location close to shops and a short drive to coffs CBD.

Cabin had a small hot water unit and multiple showers weren't possible, but we utilized the shower block for the whole park

Great clean cabin,could bring our pomeranian dog. Quite relaxing holiday,on the beach. Good walks, great coffee. A little shopping center nearby. What else can you ask for,hearing the waves.

The location was amazing so close to the beach where it has a cute coffee van. The air conditioning worked well and the fan in the main bedroom also worked well. It was good having pegs supplied so you can use the community clothes lines plus a drying rack in the cabin.The laundry was really clean and tidy, the park itself is well kept around the grounds and gardens. Reflections holiday park is also close to Moonee Market place where the shops, chemist, cafe, eateries and more are in walking distance.

The car park for the cabin got really muddy and slushy underfoot when getting out of the car due to all the rain during our stay, would of been nice to have concrete slab for car parking like some of the other cabins. The double bed was comfortable but to short for tall guest would of been better with a Queen size.

the only thing I noticed was the verendah on the tiny house was not pet proof
