Perfect for 5 guests, great location for our venue at the Spanish Steps. We had trouble with the codes but could still use the key down stairs.

Overall this was a nice place to stay prior to our Family Cruise. The Check In Process was an absolute nightmare despite having completed the required Vikey Pre Check In process. Partly this may have been due to phone service issues from my US based carrier (AT&T). Once I was able to effectively communicate with the host, they did a reasonable job of working with me to resolve issues. I think if the Vikey Process had gone more smoothly, Check in would have been better as there would be adequate communication Prior to arrival about how to access the property. This is a good time to point out that the Listing does not specify a Unit Number or detail on what floor the Unit is located. That should be an easy fix for the Host. Also, I wish prior to Check Out that there had been more communication about Check Out requirements such as taking out the Trash. On the specifics of the Unit, Location is excellent as the Unit is within walking distance of many cafes, shops, etc. The Unit was very much as described. Unit was clean and as described in the Listing. In the bathroom there was a faint sewage odor, which I have experienced in other International VRBO listings, so that may have more to do with International Building Codes moreso than this specific unit. If not for the absolute insanity of the Check In process, this could have been a 5 star Review. Still overall pleased with this stay. Amazing Location, Reasonable Price, and Good Amenities! Great location! Very close to the Spanish Steps, amazing shopping and wonderful restaurants. All major site seeing attractions within walking distance, if not, the Metro is just one block away. The apartment is quiet at night and very comfortable. Had issues with the coffee maker but the host was extremely helpful and replace it immediately. Check-in was smooth and host provided clear instructions. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived and apartment had not been cleaned. We had to wait until 9 pm to rest. After flying the red eye the night beforeListing does not include the fact that one bedroom is only accessible via another bedroom. Communication very poor from host. All your info must come from a link to Vikey which was not explained. Upon checkout you’re expected to carry your garbage several blocks away. Very expensive but You’re paying for the location. Which is excellent. 5 min walk to Spanish Steps and subway station nearby. Colosseum only 25 min walk
