Amazing location, very cozy place and nice accommodation.

Kitchen doesn’t have an exhaust fan, creates humidity problems on the wooden shelfs that are above the stove. Also there was just another problem, we found on our last day of stay, dead cockroaches in the bedroom floor, one under our bed and one under the desk. I have video proof if you want.

Appartamento molto carino e dallo stile rustico in centro. Piacevolmente stupita dalla grandezza, c’è un grande salone con divano e tivù e una piccola cucina! Tutto ok, buona la pulizia. Lo consiglio

The location and the spacious rooms are what attracted me to book this property, but everything else was a let - down.

1. There was mould in the bathroom and was obviously not cleaned thoroughly. It’s not a new bathroom so they at least should have tried to bleach the corners and mask the mould/ remove dirt. I wiped off the dirt on the first day as I wanted to shower my baby and was not happy with the state of the bathroom. 2. Very little amenities in the kitchen not even toilet tissue/ napkins. Only sugar for your coffee if you buy it ofc because the owner wouldn’t leave even two capsules for the machine. Only some tap water in the fridge. It’s the little things and it shows the owner doesn’t care for details. Very basic kitchenware so if you want to cook not ideal. 3. Thin walls the neighbours were talking till late night and waking up early morning talking loud (4-5 am); could hear them flushing the toilet every time . So good luck sleeping well if you’re not drinking ofc you won’t pay attention I guess. 4. Overall don’t recommend for a family May be for a young couple who won’t use the kitchen, won’t notice the dirt in the bathroom and will be drunk to not hear the neighbours . 5. Old smart Tv couldn’t use Netflix app 6. We were there November and got bitten by mosquitoes so make sure you get spray. Could be bed bugs ( from the sofa as my partner slept there the last night and got bitten then). 7.And lastly the communication wasnt great - we had spent 4 days on dolomites prior and in contrast with that apartment where the owner was so responsive and resourceful, here all was slow to reply and wirh a rude tone( ofc because I was complaining of the state of the property ). Oh and by the way if you would like to open the second half of the outside door - make sure you use the pin and ask the staff of the restaurant to help you - because you won’t be able to figure it out and the owner has no idea about that pin for opening the door ( we needed to open the door on full to get the baby pram in the building ).
