Spettacolare appartamento situato nel fronte marittimo di Ciudad Diagonal, di fronte al porto FORUM, CCIB. Appartamento molto carino nella capacità di costruzione del Torre Forum sarà preferibilmente incluso per una famiglia (massimo 5 persone). Situato sul lungomare. Vicino a Port Forum. A 500 metri dal centro commerciale Diagonal, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia del Forum e dal Port Forum. La Rambla di 4 km. La stazione della metropolitana più vicina è a 7 minuti a piedi. 3 camere da letto - una con bagno, una camera con due letti e una camera da letto con un letto. Un totale di 5 posti letto. Terrazza di 13 metri quadrati. Pool. Al momento del check-in, gli ospiti sono tenuti a pagare una tassa di soggiorno di € 2,50 a persona a notte (esclusi i bambini di età inferiore a

This apartment is perfect for a family with teenagers with space for everyone and most importantly wifi! We could have done with a few more mugs to use the dishwasher effectively.
Good location a short walk from the beach, hypermarket and metro with easy access to the centre of Barcelona.
The pool is a nice addition but could get busy and it was a shame that not all the holiday makers respected the rules and the residents who live in the building.
Overall we would recommend this apartment.

Our family spent 8 days at this vrbo. We really enjoyed our stay because we didn’t have to worry about driving through the city to get to the highways. If you plan on renting a car and want easy access to drive outside of the city, this is your place. The condo is located in walking distance to the mall and beach path. You do want to walk 1 mile to the nicer part of the beach. There’s a grocery store and cafe in the corner of this condo to make it convenient. Although the building is located next to the upscale business center, there are some areas near the location that are more middle to lower income.
The only recommendation for improvement is to provide wifi.

Wir haben 5 Tage in den Herbstferien in der Wohnung zugebracht und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige entspricht der Realität. Der Inhalt der Küchenschränke ist Ikea level und könnte einmal ausgetauscht werden, war jedoch für unsere Zwecke vollkommen ausreichend.

Ideally located and aptly described, this convenient location right on two Metro lines and not far from other mass transit was also an easy five-block walk to the Barcelona Convention Center which was where our trip required us to be on a daily basis. We figured out the short walk to the beach the next-to-last day of our busy vacation, but its another plus. We even found a few good local restaurants, including a great pizza place on the main promenade. Its not the ritzy tourist locations, but for someone looking for a place to stay while experiencing all of Barcelona, this more than met our family needs!
