Right in the middle of the old town- really beautiful. I went at the beginning of May and it was quiet. Sunny but cool air temperature. You can swin in sheltered water from a slipway with handrail to the right (south) of the harbour about 5 minutes walk round the corner by the fort. The apartment was very clean with polished tiles; there is a pretty well equipped cooking area with 4 burner gas stove and microwave and big fridge. The bathroom was very clean (no stains etc) although a bit dated and water pressure isn't great. There's one window with a juliette-type balcony and is sunny in the morning, and use of the roof terrace above (shared with appartment below which is permanently occupied). The main sleeping level is up a polished store tile stairacase and there isn't full height on the upper level- probably 5ft 3" or a bit more. The sides slope so you don't really bump your head but care is needed going up and down the stone staircase. Not recommended if you have mobility difficulties of any sort. The host has a representative who speaks excellent english and is super helpful and kind. It was cool at this time of year so not sure if gets too hot in summer- although there is an (old) aircon. Small supermarket about 9 minutes walk; restaurants and cafes nearby. I would come again!

Situata nella zona vecchia di Giovinazzo, con tutto a portata di mano, parcheggi liberi e/o a pagamento. Tranquillo e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Host sempre disponibile.

Nulla di rilevante. Il tetto potrebbe essere meglio valorizzato con mobili da esterno tipo dondolo.

The washing machine was broken, only one bed was ready. Otherwise everything perfect.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful old town. Such a lovely spot. So much history and wonderful streets. Loved where we lived in the old town with narrow streets and close to a very good ice cream corner with lovely gelato!

central location in the centro storico with plenty of room and a sun terrace. Old building but very modern and clean inside. cafes and restaurants on doorstep but very quiet property

3 fights if steep stone stairs. good exercise but not great for older residents

The dishes was not properly clean.
