House Gowlane's location is fantastic. Mountains on one side, rolling countryside hills surround, first class surf beach a short stroll away. The house is lovely, as are the views it provides. Check out Tomasins down the road, lovely pub, great restaurant.
We had a few small issues with the property when we arrived, which Markus and Marie rectified quickly. Good communication from the host.

The views from the house were spectacular

when we arrived there was the storm Eunice so we had no power and warm water a few days, but the owner of the house offered us more days to stay due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately we had to go home but it was a amazing holiday
