Beds were comfy, staff were friendly. Right by all the restaurants of the meat packing district but still quiet enough.
Nothing- I’d go back there

Good variety in breakfast, hope they could have pre cut the bread rather leaving the big loaf, which was time consuming, quite close to station,we could walk back from our places of visit, so we had a great walk
Rooms could have been bigger, room serviced need not be booked in , its a hassle, tea coffee must be replenished every morg

Hotel was in a good location, not far from the railway station and close to many good restaurants, bars and cafes. Room was a reasonable size, clean and it was quiet.
Bar prices were expensive

It’s a good location. It’s close to everything.
The bed mattresses are too soft and it gave me back aches. For a four star hotel they don’t have a coffee machine inside the rooms so if you want to just get a cup of coffee in the morning, you have to go all the way down to the restaurant when they’re open. The shower in my upgraded room was with very low pressure. The rooms are very sparse. They hardly have any amenities.
