Was dirty, food crumbs on every surface and someone else's dirty towel on the back of one of the bathroom doors. Sooo noisy with traffic

Small. Comfort measures not include and would be helpful Soap dish in the bathroom, instruction for the cooktop- needed to google the instructions. Setup of fridge impractical

The cupboard over the sink. I'm not tall by today's standards (185cm) but the cupboard over the sink made it hard to access and operate the tap without hitting my head. There was no chair for the desk, so I needed to bring one in from the table in the kitchen/lounge. There were only two powerpoints by the desk, and these were taken for the phone and the desk lamp. There was therefore nowhere near the desk to plug in my laptop.

There was no parking, we didn't realise that we needed to book our parking and when we got there we were told there was no secure parking. We had to park in the street and lug our luggage up to the apartment building and everytime we went our it was nearly impossible to get another park. I would never stay there again because of the lack of parking.

Bright rooms all facilities needed

Couch was low, hard and had seen better days. Noise from Bell St was worse than anticipated should request room away from Bell St

Good location for the purpose I had. Room was quiet.

The water pressure in shower was extremely poor. The Foxtel didn’t work in the room. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly.

Easy check in, receptionist really helpful and friendly, she also managed to organise an early check in which was welcomed considering we’d travelled direct from the UK. We all agreed the beds were super comfy and it was great having all shower gels etc provided and if you need anymore reception are happy to replenish what you need.

Getting a parking fine … our fault tho but still it cheeses you off! Kitchen - cups etc were mucky and the oven needs a clean, however the main areas such as bathrooms and bedrooms were fine.

No breakfast on site, parking spaces reduced by storage lockers which projected into space for car

Very friendly staff. Free fresh coffee from reception when wanted. Coffee machine in room & coffee pods topped up daily. The room had everything in it if you needed to stay longer. Biggest bonus was that they allowed dogs. Can definately recommend this accommodation.

Highly recommend, staff extremely professional, friendly, and compassionate. From the time I walked in they were welcoming and couldn't do enough to make my stay a pleasant and relaxing one.

Excellent location. Views are exceptional from upper floors.

Room was aged and worn for its actual age. Wi-fi was hopeless on level 5.

No Air conditioner or split system in bedroom so it was quite stuffy

The accommodation was comfortable, but the balcony was really untidy, cobwebs everywhere.
