We really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the host, who was very kind, helpful and always available when we needed anything. He explained everything clearly, including the accommodation and the waste-sorting system, gave us useful tips about where to eat and was always happy to help. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. He was also very accommodating with our arrival and was willing to arrange an earlier cleaning after the previous guests so that we could check in early, which we really appreciated after our flight. The location was also great — close to the town centre and restaurants, with a nice café just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of beautiful beaches in the surrounding area, which makes the location very convenient if you are planning to explore the coast by car. At the same time, the area was quiet and peaceful, so we never felt disturbed by noise. The apartment also has a pleasant terrace where you can have dinner in the evening, with a nice view and a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided at the apartment, such as the beach umbrella and chairs, as well as the air conditioning. Having a private garage was a big advantage, especially during the hot weather, as our car stayed protected from the sun and didn't get extremely hot. The water hose near the garage was also very useful for washing sand off our feet after coming back from the beach. The toaster in the kitchen was another nice little convenience.

There are, however, a few things that could be improved. Although the kitchen was generally well equipped, we were missing some basic things, such as a chopping board (unless we simply couldn't find it). A dishwasher would also be a great addition. It may not be standard in this type of accommodation, but when you're on holiday, washing dishes every day can get quite annoying, especially when staying with a larger group. The apartment itself could also benefit from a small renovation or some updates to the furnishings and equipment. The bunk beds were not particularly comfortable, either. Another thing we missed was Wi-Fi. Nowadays, we consider Wi-Fi a fairly basic amenity, especially for longer stays. One practical thing to be aware of is the waste disposal system in Villasimius, especially if you have an early morning check-out. The host asked us to leave no rubbish in the accommodation at check-out. There are no regular public rubbish bins, so waste has to be sorted and either left outside the accommodation on the designated day for collection, or taken to an ecological island where there are larger communal containers. The ecological island can only be used until 9:00 PM, while the collection from the accommodation takes place in the morning according to the type of waste scheduled for that day. Therefore, if you produce additional rubbish while packing late in the evening before an early check-out, there may be no practical way to dispose of it before leaving. This is not really the host's fault, but it is something future guests should be aware of.

appartamento funzionale, in una posizione eccellente con spiagge raggiungibili e vicino al centro del paese. Il proprietario è una persona squisita che è stato sempre disponibile e, tra l’altro, avendo avuto un problema con la macchina ci ha anche fornito un contatto che ci ha salvato la vacanza.

Dobře vybavený čistý byt ve výborné lokalitě. Blízko ke krásným plážím, večer kousek do centra s obchody a restauracemi. Velkou výhodou je prostorné a chladné soukromé parkování a nejvíce jsme ocenili super terasu!! Velké díky Stefanovi za skvělou komunikaci a ochotu poradit a pomoci v každé situaci.
