Lovely, warm, welcoming and friendly environment in which to spend our first visit to Llangollen.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our short stay.
Staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The location could not have been better, being at the riverside and central to the town and all local amenities.
Breakfast was good with dietary needs met. Staff serving in the café were particularly warm and welcoming
The number pad entry systems took a bit of getting used to!

The room was lovely, nice decor, quiet with the sound of the river. There was no banging of doors due to the style of the locks (all geared up for a peaceful stay)Good size shower. Comfy bed.
Breakfast in the cafe, tables were reserved for guests so no issue about getting a table. Good choice of breakfast things, we had the full Welsh, absolutely fantastic. definitely recommend definitely stay again Hotel very central, lovely walk round in the morning before the streets fill with visitors again.
Nothing we didn't like, only sad to leave

Location was central
Room was tired looking with marks on walls, toilet was dirty when we arrived. Shower was tiny and water temperature was intermittent
