Villa with Private Pool and Sea Views, 60m from the sea between Kotor and Perast
(Villaljuta) Questa villa e piscina con 4 camere da letto di recente costruzione, a soli 50 metri dal mare, offre una vista spettacolare sia sul mare che sulle montagne. Si trova ai margini del pittoresco villaggio di Ljuta, che si trova tra le due città patrimonio dell'UNESCO di Cattaro (6 km) e Perast (4 km). Di fronte alla casa c'è un grande patio in pietra con una piscina di 8 x 4 metri. L'alloggio è composto da una spaziosa cucina ben arredata, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. L'ultimo piano ha una camera singola e un bagno privato, mentre il piano centrale ha tre ulteriori camere da letto e due bagni. Tutte le camere hanno accesso ai balconi con le loro viste spettacolari. Nel raggio di 100 metri si trova il famoso ristorante Stari Mlini (probabilmente il miglior ristorante sulla costa). Il villaggio ha un negozio un paio di minuti a piedi e un fantastico mercato di pesce fresco / gastronomia (Cogi).

Good communication with owner. Management team met us at property and gave helpful Information about house and area. Beautiful setting and views. Pool and outside area lovely.Good setting for visiting other places, although traffic busy as one road in and out of Kotor. Would definitely recommend property and area.

The villa was absolutely perfect. Communication with the host was quick and accurate with all information needed to check in and about the vill and local area. Check in was smooth and no issues. The Villa itself was beautiful. Really spacious with the most incredible views. Situated at the quiter end of the Bay, we were so glad we chose this location.The pool was clean and big, beds comfortable and all the bathrooms just as expected. Wifi good and worked with no issue for 4 teens and two adults!! The local area was quiet but with beach bars and a couple of restaurants accessible by foot, otherwise, taxi, bus or a longer (1.5 hrs) walk into Kotor. If you have the means then worth hiring a car if you want to get out and about although the traffic is awful after 9am heading into town. Beaches in walking distance are small but you can easily swim in the sea from a nimber of points nearby. Overall an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in an incredible part of the world.

Checking in was easy and Branka from the agency met us at the property and told us everything we needed to know.The kitchen was fully equipped and having a dishwasher and washing machine was a massive help!The property is great and we had a wonderful time exploring the bay and finding small beaches.The weather was hot and at the end of a day we would all flip into the pool to cool off.Everything was perfect and would highly recommend this property for family get aways.
