Staff were really helpful . I have a package that arrived late and they assisted to send it via international.mail [with charges] to me. Really appreciate the service.
Far from train station. The surrounding has a lot of restaurants so there is always food smells outside the room as it was open air.

Nice free coffee and good location!
The cleaning staff were talking to each other in front of the elevators LOUDLY for at least 30 minutes at 9AM. It’s really annoying for people who want to sleep in or make a phone call in the morning. Make use of those earplugs in the amenities section.
