Großes Zimmer.

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Die Betten waren super bequem und das Zimmer war sauber.
Die Dusche war komplett aus Glas und man hatte dort keine Privatsphäre. Hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst! Das Zimmer hatte keinen Minibar Kühlschrank.

Location good. Parking available. Very central to restaurants and bars etc. Pleasant staff who were helpful at breakfast.
I stayed here some years ago and it had a nice feeling to the hotel. It is now feeling really quite run down and in need of refurbishment. Some carpets threadbare. No USB points. A lot of TV channels not working (English language).

The location was excellent as there were many shops nearby. The room was good size, and we especially loved the heated floor in the bathroom! The bed was comfy and the room was modern.
The shag carpet seemed a bit outdated and there wasn't an outlet on both sides of the bed.

Breakfast was excellent . The staff was very friendly.

I liked that the parking garage was directly under the hotel. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
I think that if you are staying at the hotel; the parking rate should be reduced. We were there less than 24 hours and is was 30€ to park. Oatmeal would be a nice addition to the breakfast buffet.

Location and staff were terrific - I am glad we chose to stay with Saks. Rooms were comfy and large.

just a few steps away from the city. nice design- modern - nice rooms and bathrooms, and clean.
it was awful hot in the room even though I turned down the temperature. the rate is high and parking is not included and very expensive.
the elevator is very tight and slow.

The location was ideal if you want to be in the historical part of Kaiserslautern.
The property furnishings were very dated. The carpet was a dark, worn down, cheap shag carpet. The walls and curtains were dusty. The whole interior was dark and dreary.

Everything the staff were great and helpful with everything. From getting a Iron for me, Troubleshooting my problems with the internet and help me accommodate two little unexpected guest on my last day (my kids) lol!!! The hotel is very clean. The bar and restaurant are top notch! I truly enjoyed my stay and the view of the city from the balcony. Thank you Saks staff for all of help

The room was clean, they allowed my small 10 lbs pet, and the are where the hotel is is close to everything.
The balcony I got had a cigar from previous guest, the ashtray was not cleaned out. However, this was not big issue for us, we did not go out on the balcony.
