it imposibile to say that this is the hotel.
when I saw the room, I said I will go sleep without get out my clothes.

The beds were alright, though the sheets and blankets did not suit the weather. Location is sketchy, but was good for my purposes, since it was relatively close to a landmark. There is also a 24/7 shop right next to the hotel.
No breakfast - it is advertised as included, but when I asked downstairs I was informed there is no breakfast or anything of the sort. Heating and air conditioning were both intermittent and barely working, with the air filters clearly smelling of mold. Probably the biggest issue were the cockroaches and the giant spiders we found.

The position is great. It is located near the AUBG Campus.
The cleanliness is missing. The hotel needs again a construction and new workers.

The staff was absolutely amazing! probably the most amazing staff I have ever seen in a hotel!

Everything was great. Everybody was smiling and was helpful. I really recommend this place. You can have a really good time. Omv is 1 minute away by foot. Mall and city center is very close (5 minutes by car).

A warm welcome by the staff members. Rooms very clean and comfortable with all details. This is not a usual hotel, this is a place you feel HOME

Great and friendly staff, perfect location and reasonable prices.

We booked very last minute as an emergency pit stop.
We were on our way to Greece but the border closed due to Covid-19.
We were allowed into our room as soon as we arrived for some much needed sleep after driving for two days.
The owner and family were happy to help us, with our difficult situation.
We will be forever grateful for their kindness.
We eventually made it to Greece !!
