A Wonderful Family Experience, We’ll Definitely Be Back! We have been visiting Hurghada as a family for years, and we usually prefer returning to hotels we already know because we don’t like taking risks when it comes to quality. This time, we decided to try Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa for the first time, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The resort is very clean, modern, beautifully maintained and clearly well invested in. The staff everywhere are incredibly friendly, smiling and always willing to help. A very special thank you to Mr. Mina Attia, Guest Relations Manager, who made our stay even more memorable. He was extremely welcoming and surprised us with a fantastic upgrade to a spacious sea-view room with a jacuzzi. The balcony view was absolutely beautiful! The room was spotless and modern, with comfortable furniture, a large TV, great facilities and surprisingly fast Wi-Fi. The food quality was very good overall, although a little more variety would make it even better. What really stood out was the restaurant staff. They were extremely attentive, happily accommodated our special requests and regularly checked that everything was okay. Food, snacks and drinks are also available at well-planned times throughout the day, which is great for families. The animation team was another highlight. They are professional, energetic and offer activities throughout the day, with entertaining evening shows that actually felt different from the typical hotel shows we’ve seen before. Most importantly for us, our 12-year-old son absolutely loved the experience. He made friends very easily, joined different activities, enjoyed the pools, beach and kids areas, and always had something to do. As parents, we also felt very comfortable with the level of safety. Guards and staff are always around, attentive and keeping an eye on the children without making the environment feel restrictive.

I have stayed at Bellagio every year with my friends for many years. All staff especially the Manager, Mina, Wageh on reception, Khaled in the Rose restaurant and other staff in the Chinese, Lebanese, domestics, bar and beach staff are all welcoming, professional and happy. I was allocated a top floor sea view room which was very spacious, cleaned well but some of the furnishings require some attention. The live singers, harp player, violin player are excellent and the animation team do really well with entertaining both children and adults. There was also a fire show, Diva show and Brazilian show. There are always sunbeds and towels available at the pools and on the beach. Security staff are very serious and ensure that when you leave the Hotel they check your room number, taxi driver details and where you are going.

Unfortunately the food at the Rose restaurant has deteriorated in that on 2 occasions we were served food which was stone cold. Give the Manager his due he apologised and this and another issue was quickly rectified. By way of apology we were also offered any restaurant of our choice for that and any other evening. The other issue relates to the gym which used to be very good and now has scanty, broken and outdated equipment. For me both the food and the gym are essential requirements therefore sadly I fear that neither myself or my friends will return here.
