Perfectly presented - way beyond the advert - lovely separate and spacious dining room, large rear entrance lobby for getting your boots and coats off - plus drying the dogs paws.... Washing Machine, Dryer and Freezer + Dish Washer. Own private car parking right outside the back door for ~6 cars. Powerful large shower - loads of instant hot water from oil fired boiler. Excellent central heating in every room, plus the wood burning stove in the lounge- with loads of logs provided. Free and good BT wifi. Cake, biscuits, breakfast cereal, teas, coffee etc plus fresh milk. Gourmet ready meals in the freezer. Kitchen with every pot, pan and cutlery you could ever need. And to top it off a beautiful Christmas Tree.

Nothing - everything had been thought of - just mind the steep and shallow stair treads when off to bed or taking a leak in the night!!

Bathroom needs a deep clean (shower mould), fridge door broken (notified upon arrival) still not fixed. Would have been sensible to provide a temporary appliance. Rot on bathroom door frame.
