Questa elegante casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone in 4 ampie camere da letto, con 2 bagni privati, bagno di famiglia e guardaroba.
Disposta su 3 piani, la casa offre una grande cucina ben attrezzata che si apre in una sala da pranzo con camino, un ampio salone con camino e un balcone con vista sul fiume.
La casa è stata decorata e arredata secondo uno standard eccezionalmente elevato, essendo stata modernizzata e rinnovata all'inizio del 2016, con una nuova cucina, bagni e rinnovamento totale, offrendo lusso e comfort in una splendida cornice, abbiamo pensato molto a il tuo soggiorno.
Il giardino conduce direttamente sul fiume Charente e siamo felici di lasciare le nostre canoe e kayak a casa per il vostro uso per tutta la durata del vostro soggiorno.
Per gli amanti degli sport acquatici la zona è ideale, oltre alle canoe e ai kayak è possibile noleggiare una barca ed esplorare il fiume, salpare fino alla fermata Port d'envaux per pranzo e poi continuare a Taillebourg dove si può cimentarsi con lo sci d'acqua e wakeboarding

Absolutly stunning property located in a quiet town, the pictures do not do the property justice exteamly large rooms adequate for a large amount of people, we spent 2 weeks in the property and were able to explore multiple locations all within 30 to 40 min drive away, and if you dont feel like driving there is a train station 2 minutes away allowing you to get around, all of the rooms have been carefully thought about keeping with the the age of the property, this has been one of the best places we have stayed in in some years and i would deffinatly recommend to other thinking of visiting

We had a lovely stay, the house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Pretty garden just over the road - beware of midges in the evening! St Savinien is a great base to explore the area with so many beautiful places to visit.

The hosts are very nice and the house itself is gracious. Tall ceilings and well proportioned rooms, with beautiful details like the tiles and ceiling medallions. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked. Showers and bath have plenty of water pressure and very hot water. The village setting is great, especially with the river. Good walks right on your door and convenient to many places to explore.

This was our first time using HomeAway and certainly won’t be our last! The whole process was efficient and easy and the communication with the owners was superb. The property is in a fantastic location on the river and it is big and spacious with beautiful furniture and fittings. There are plenty of utensils and equipment and the kitchens and bathrooms are beautifully decorated. The garden is so lovely under the tree by the river and we used the BBQ a few times. The town has a couple of bakeries and the super U is 5 minute drive away. Lots of places to visit locally and things to do and an hour from some lovely beaches.We enjoyed 5 lovely days in St Savinien and would thoroughly recommend it as a base but also a great home to spend time at too!
