The staff was very helpfull on the directions on how to get to the hotel (there was a closed road on the route). Everything was very clean, the pool gives the possibility to cool down and there are many spaces to sit and relax outside. The breakfast was nice and freshly made for us.

location is great! very nice setting for Yopal.
seems some of the amenities were not great: no hot water, some issues with the tv’s remote control.

Location was perfect. The place was cleaning
Breakfast was the same everyday. I recomended change the menu.

Rooms were simple but clean
We arrived at 10 at night at the hotel. There was no option to have anything to eat or drink. Also there was no other restaurant close. Do not use the water dispenser, we got very sick drinking the water from there. I felt sick not being able to eat for almost 3 days
