Tranquillo ranch a pochi minuti dal centro di Frankfort e dalla spiaggia pubblica del lago Michigan. Tre camere da letto complete con letti queen size al piano di sopra. La camera finita al piano di sotto può anche essere utilizzata come camera da letto con letto a castello insieme a un camminamento. Dorme facilmente 6 o 8 con l'uso della stanza del seminterrato.

Great location for accessing town and Ironman Village.

There was four of us, from Southeast Michigan, and four from San Antonio, Texas. We came to Frankfort to attend a family members wedding.
The house suited us just fine. The living room and dining area was large enough for all of us to enjoy each other’s company.
I don’t think we could have picked a better house. There may have been people that stayed in that house prior to us and enjoyed it, but they couldn’t have enjoyed it more than we did. We had so much fun, we laughed a lot. We made so many wonderful memories there.
We also enjoyed the outside around the house especially the back area. Behind the house are trees, we saw deers, rabbits, and squirrels. One day we saw a mama deer with two of her babies. Six of us live in the city, so that was a treat for us.
There’s a nice deck that can accommodate a lot of people. There’s also a grill outside that we took advantage of.
I would definitely recommend this house.

The house was perfect for my family! It was clean and cozy! It had a big backyard and deck too! It was in a quiet spot in the town.
The house was a short drive to the beach and the town.
Gail, our host, was quick to respond with any questions.

We had a great week in Frankfort. The house was a great home base for two families with 4 kids around. We appreciated the cleanliness of the house, the comfortable deck and spacious yard, and the ease of getting from the house to the various attractions in the area.

What a wonderful place to stay. So many amenities and beautiful yard with fire pit for relaxing at night after hiking.
The location was perfect for waking downtown and close to so many other prime
sites within the area like Sleeping Bear and Arcadia.
Will definitely plan to stay here again..

Amazing home and location!
Amazing, responsive, owners! Very clean and well kept home. We all know pictures/places are not always as they may seem but this one is an exception! Definitely recommend it!

We've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this is by far the cleanest one we've found. The furniture is comfortable and the unique wall decorations/artwork makes for a pleasant place to relax. We added a basketball so our granddaughter could practice her skills and those of future renters. We LOVE Frankfort!

We had a great time in Frankfort. Gail’s house was a great place to return to after our outings, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes, fishing, and biking. The Betsie Valley Trail (trail is paved from Frankfort to Crystal Lake) is a short 0.8 miles south and highly recommended. We also biked to the Miami Street Frankfort Beach access (less than 1 mile away, bike rack available) and enjoyed jumping off the pier…lots of beach here with plenty of room to spread out. Gail was quick to respond to texts, though we didn’t need much during our stay.

This property worked so well for our family reunion. 2 separate families fit perfectly (total 8 people). The backyard space was great for outdoor dinners and the space in the basement provided an extra area for the kids to spread out. Close to the beach, could walk, but we mostly drove/rode bikes. Would highly recommend.

This was our first trip to the area. This was a great choice for our families. We did Sleeping Bear Dunes, Empire Bluff Trail, beach at Frankfort Beach, and other various activities. It was easy to get to everything, and the property is so inviting and relaxing. Gail was available and responded quickly when I had a few questions.

A great little property with privacy, but close to everything
Our family really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and even nicer than the pictures make it appear. The yard is perfect for little kids, the deck is great for lounging and enjoying the fresh air, and the furniture is comfortable and of good quality. Gail was so kind and quick to reply to any questions that we had. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Family and friends fishing trip
Very nice place
You can tell that the homeowners take much pride in their place and it shows by how nice and clean the house was.
The house is much larger than it looks and accommodating 6 adults was no problem.
We would definitely be interested in booking the house again.

Clean, quiet, lovely home!
This is home is even better than the pictures show! Super clean and updated. Very comfortable (great beds!) and close to town and the beach. We used the grill and cooked at home most nights, she’s got everything you need here. Gail was quick to respond with check-in questions. This was a great experience for our family of 6 (Kids ages 5-15) and we will be checking for availability here next time we come to Frankfort! Just a quick FYI from my husband- our charging cables that have the 3rd “ground” prong didn’t work here because all outlets here are two prong only, except in the bathrooms. Just bringing an adapter would be all that’s needed!

Beautiful Frankfort home!
Frankfort is a great vacation spot and this house is spacious , super clean and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and all the little touches were awesome. We had a great bonfire in the fire pit and my teens and I loved playing pool. Also a very nice bbq. We had a wonderful experience.

Great Up North Home
Had a great time over a long weekend with friends for a golf trip. Lots of courses in the area. Very cool restaurants nearby and close to Lake Michigan.

Girl’s long weekend
Lovely house that’s about a mile walk to downtown Frankfort. There are three nice size bedrooms that have comfy queen beds. There’s a large sectional in the living room that was perfect for early risers like myself who like to read. I also liked the deck that had a patio set for reading and just enjoying the beautiful backyard. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and dinners. We enjoyed playing pool in the bonus room downstairs. Gail was great to work with. She kept in touch and wanted us to enjoy our stay.

Lovely Property & Wonderful Stay
We just stayed for a long weekend and could not have had a more pleasant experience. The rental process was seamless, and when we had to adjust our departure time due to a funeral, the hosts worked with us and were very accommodating and understanding. The property itself is just lovely—updated, tastefully and cozily furnished, and sparkling clean. Our family of four (2 adults and two teens) had room to spare (& then some). We did not have time to use the backyard amenities but the fire pit looked fabulous. Easy walk to downtown Frankfort. Highly recommend!!

Super comfy home!
My family of 4 adults and two small children were very comfortable in this house! My 3 year old loved the bunk beds in the basement! The house is decorated super cute and has nice bedding and towels. It is just a few minutes drive to Lake Michigan and the cute little town area. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!!
