Hotel arranged a guide for us (Kinley) to take us on city tour and tiger nest hike. He was fantastic and would recommend others booking him. Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Check in process was lengthy and took too much time with junior staff on shift

The size of the rooms and attention to details
House keeping and other hotel staff travel in groups in lifts and do not make way for guests! First time I have seen it in any hotel.
