Very friendly staff, cleanliness of hotel. Close to morning and evening markets, restaurants, tours.

Breakfast were correct and staff professional.

Guest experience disappointing, especially for a hotel rated 4/5 on Booking.com. The area was not great, and I don’t understand the comments saying the location is excellent. In my opinion, Ao Nang is a much better area than Krabi and will save you a lot of time as every activity is near the Ao Nang area. The cleaning was mediocre: there were stains on the curtains and the shower floor was dirty. In the room, we could hear everything from the lobby. There were no slippers and no bathrobe. There was also some kind of open kitchen just below our balcony, which gave the impression of being in a market, really busy, noisy area. It felt very strange and unpleasant. It was not terrible, but considering the photos, the rating and the price we paid, it was not worth it. We eventually decided to change hotels after only one night.
