A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Flint House - Cottage with a twist, parking and short walk to beach.
Quando stavamo cercando una casa per le vacanze, fummo attratti da Sheringham e trovammo il cottage perfetto per noi che per noi è a pochi passi da una magnifica spiaggia e dal centro città. Aggiungi a questo parcheggio fuori strada e un giardino sicuro e rende la vacanza fantastica dove è possibile parcheggiare e semplicemente camminare ovunque sia necessario per la settimana.
Con due sale principali al piano inferiore entrambe con molto spazio, c'è abbastanza spazio per la famiglia anche se piove. Abbiamo TV in entrambe le sale (Amazon Prime su una e Freeview sull'altra), giochi e libri se necessario. C'è anche un bagno al piano di sotto.
La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, oltre a lavatrice e lavastoviglie, elementi essenziali per le vacanze nella nostra mente.
Su per le scale dell'armadio (queste sono piuttosto ripide) ci sono due camere matrimoniali un bagno e toilette separata. All'ultimo piano c'è un'altra camera da letto con due letti singoli separati.
Sheringham ha molto da offrire da una grande strada principale con molti negozi indipendenti, la Little Theartre e la linea di treni a vapore Poppy.
Naturalmente c'è anche la spiaggia, molti campi da golf e un'ottima posizione per esplorare North Norfolk se lo desideri.

This is a fantastic house a short walk from the town which has everything you need, beach is also very close meaning you do not need to use your car, it also has parking which is great. We are a family of 5 including dogs and we had plenty of space. The garden is a great bonus and due to the hot weather we spent a fair bit of time outside. We all fell in love with the house and it quirks, as mentioned in other reviews the stairs are steep but they just add to the character of the house. The kitchen is a great space including a sofa and TV which meant we could spread out. The main sitting room is lovely and was a great place to cool down in the hot weather. The house has everything you need including a dishwasher which is a must for me, two toilets and a seperate bathroom, bedrooms are comfortable with one located on the top floor. Communication with the host was good and answered any questions I had.This property scores a 10 out of 10 for me and we will definitely book again

The house in Sheringham was perfect - tasteful, spacious, cosy and well equipped! The short walk into town made for exploring the high street, visiting the beach and tasting the mix of coffee shops. The car parking space was a cherry on the cake, meaning we could come and go as we pleased. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden, meaning they could explore with peace of mind. We had a really wholesome stay over New Years, and felt Phil maintain good communication throughout which was reassuring for first tine visitors. We really hope to return again soon!

Holidaying during a pandemic had challenges, but the quality of our accommodation was not one of them. Before we travelled, Phil was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries. We arrived at check-in time and had no problems collecting the key and getting straight in. Then we dashed straight to the high street (couple of minutes walk) for ice-creams and a stroll by the sea! Barely used the car all week - Sheringham is a lovely town and the cottage is well positioned for the shops and the sea-front. We went for lovely walks, played on the beach, ate ice-cream and fish and chips and I even had a very quick swim!
